He did an exceptional job volunteering during his first term and saw great results collaborating with other elected officials, during our 2024 elections, with the huge voter turnout, while addressing cultural issues in this region, using his servant leadership skills.
My husband Alan Latta and I, have known Greg and Marietta Harrell since 2001, after they moved here to Granbury Texas and joined our church immediately. This awesome couple quickly became loved in our congregation; willing to serve in whatever capacity was needed. They still do so to this day in 2026, and he serves as one of our overseeing elders at GENERATIONS CHURCH of Granbury, where we pastor.
Greg and Marietta practice biblical principles in everything they do, whether it be family, friends, church ministry, business and now politics. They have willingly laid down their lives to publicly serve Hood County and beyond with wise and humble servant leadership. He does not make any major decisions without seeking wisdom from the Lord and safe counsel with his team. Greg is very aware of all the issues in our community and boldly addresses controversial subjects at meetings, on behalf of the residents in this region.
He is not about strife and division, and is working diligently to see unity result in the Republican Party. Chairman Greg Harrell has my vote in this upcoming election and early voting begins on March 17, 2026. Choose wisely.
